Our communities are facing profound life imbalance issues due to ineffective human resources from education problems. Farmers struggling to sustain themselves in agriculture are increasingly unprofitable while supporting their children to school for higher education and steady employment. Some decide to sell their homeland to sustain finanance. Meanwhile, middle and upper class people, who do not participate in the agricultural process, have steady access to food and money.
